Free Shipping Within the United States

Dapper Woods SF offers free shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Commercial gas fryers are heavy equipment and ship via freight carrier with liftgate service included at no additional cost.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation
• In-stock items ship within 3 business days
• You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard freight delivery: 3-7 business days from ship date
• Delivery is available Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
• Freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery
• Liftgate service is included for residential and commercial addresses

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time. For special shipping requests or freight quotes to non-standard locations, contact info@dapperwoodsf.com.

Freight Delivery Process

1. You will receive a tracking number and carrier contact information
2. The freight company will call you 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule
3. Be present to inspect the shipment upon arrival
4. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing
5. Contact us immediately if there is any shipping damage
