30-Day Return Policy

Dapper Woods SF offers a 30-day return policy on all commercial gas fryers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Commercial gas fryers must be unused and free of food residue, oil, or cleaning chemicals
  • Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or shipped in error

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@dapperwoodsf.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 1-2 business days
  3. Package the item securely with all original materials
  4. Ship to the address provided with your RAN clearly marked on the package
  5. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Damaged Products

If your commercial gas fryer arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Please retain all packaging for inspection.

Defective Products

All commercial gas fryers include a manufacturer warranty. If your unit is defective, contact info@dapperwoodsf.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will coordinate repair or replacement under warranty terms.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used or show signs of food preparation
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Products returned without a Return Authorization Number

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or credit card issuer, typically 5-10 business days.
