We build furniture to order. That craftsmanship requires a clear, fair return process tailored to solid wood pieces.
Made-to-Order Window
Because most items are made after you order, cancellations are easiest within 24 hours of purchase—before milling begins. Contact info@drapperwoodsf.com as soon as possible.
Returns
- Unused, unassembled-ready standard configurations may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery when the piece is not fully custom-sized
- Custom dimensions, bespoke finishes, and monogrammed work are final sale unless defective
- Return shipping for large furniture is coordinated through our studio and may be deducted from the refund if the return is not due to our error
Damaged or Defective Pieces
If your furniture arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion after reviewing photos and order details.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
